At times simply gravel
or covered in snow
ruts from rainfall
or lit from moons glow
an hour at a time
a hermatige of sorts
my thoughts can roam freely
without rebutals or retorts
I go there to shape
my body and mind
fast forward to the future
or maybe stop, and rewind
I sometimes go myself
sometimes with a friend
no matter how it starts
I feel better at the end
